Phentermine is an FDA-approved treatment that, when prescribed by a weight-loss physician, will increase your metabolism so you burn more calories during your day-to-day life and activities. Phentermine also works as an appetite suppressant and will naturally alleviate that constant feeling of hunger all while increasing your energy!
Qualifying for Phentermine
A qualifying candidate must have a BMI (body mass index) of 24 or higher. If you have had labs or an EKG completed within the last 12 months, you can bring in a copy, or sign a release allowing us obtain a copy on your behalf.
Before starting our weight loss program our physician may order lab work for you if you have not had lab work completed within the past year. Lab work can either be billed to your insurance or self-paid. The following lab results will need to be completed within one year of your initial appointment:
CMP Lab (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)
EKG
TSH Lab (Thyroid)
Please note, you may not qualify if you suffer from hypertension, cardiac illness, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or if you are pregnant or nursing, as you may not be healthy enough for thistype of treatment.

We offer two options to help support you on your weight loss journey!
Both options will start with an initial visit with your personal weight loss physician which will include:
- A review of your medical history
- A review of your family’s medical history
- Body mass composition analysis
- Basic vitals (weight, blood pressure, oxygen)
- One B12 injection
- Nutritional and dietary consulting
CONSULTATIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:
After your initial appointment, you can then schedule follow up appointments every 30 or 60 days at your weight-loss physician's discretion. The cost of the programs are as follows:
$175 Covers the cost of your initial appointment and a 30 day supply of medication will be e-prescribed to a pharmacy of your choosing.
$325 Covers the cost of your initial appointment and a 60 day supply of medication will be e-prescribed to a pharmacy of your choosing.
OUR 60 DAY PHENTERMINE PROGRAM IS THE BEST OPTION FOR MOST PATIENTS AND INCLUDES:
- Initial appointment as well as:
- 8 weeks of office administered B12 injections.
- Unlimited follow-ups with your weight loss physician, either in office or virtually
- Medication e-prescribed directly to a pharmacy of your choosing.
