Medical marijuana is now available to full-time and part-time Florida residents. We are dedicated to our patients and their health, which is why Living Well Wellness offers medical marijuana card certifications to qualifying patients. Come meet with our certified medical marijuana doctors at either of our Florida locations: Daytona Beach or Fern Park.
In order to qualify for a medical marijuana card in the state of Florida, you must be diagnosed with one of the following conditions and have medical history from a prior physician showing the diagnosis:
Good news: It is not necessary to have prior medical history if your qualifying condition is anxiety or PTSD, because our physicians can make that diagnosis in office. If you do not already have a prior diagnosis for anxiety or PTSD, there is a one-time $50 fee — in addition to the $150 visit fee — for the doctor to review your information and make the diagnosis in office. This fee is due at your first appointment only, and only applies if you do not have medical history showing a prior diagnosis of anxiety or PTSD.
Florida medical marijuana certifications must be renewed every 7 months. Living Well Wellness makes renewals simple and convenient, with telehealth options available for eligible patients.
Medication costs are separate and vary by dispensary. A Florida ID with current address (or a lease showing a Florida address) is required to qualify.
